PNC Infratech incorporates wholly-owned subsidiary for Package III of Singraur Uphar-Baranpur Kadipur Ichauli Highway Project

PNC Infratech Limited has incorporated wholly-owned subsidiary namely, Prayagraj Kaushambi Highway Package 3 Private Limited at an authorised capital of Rs 10 million for implementation of Package III of the Singraur Uphar-Baranpur Kadipur Ichauli Four Lane Highway Project (NH-731A) as special purpose vehicle (SPV) on May 11, 2023.
