NHAI achieves breakthrough for construction of Tunnel 5 under Shimla Bypass project in Himachal Pradesh

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) achieved the breakthrough in the construction of Tunnel 5 (210 m long right tunnel) under Shakral Village-Dhalli Four Laning Road Project (NH-5) [Shimla Bypass Project (Package II)] on December 23, 2025.
