Casta Engineers Private Limited has emerged as Lowest Bidder (L1) for providing consultancy services for preparation of detailed project report (DPR) for the Tara Devi (Shimla)-Kolaka (Shalaghat) Four Lane Greenfield Road, Chadau-Tara Devi Bypass Connectivity Project (Shimla-Matur Section, Package I).
