A total of four firms have been shortlisted as financially qualified for providing Independent Engineer’s (IE) services for supervision of Package-I,II of Agra-Aligarh section. These are: joint venture (JV) of SA Infrastructure Consultants Private Limited-Upham International Corporation; LEA Associates South Asia Private Limited; L N Malviya Infra Projects Private Limited and Lion Engineering Consultants Private Limited. Whiles bids of JV of G Eng Advisory Services Private Limited-TUMAS Turkish Engineering Consulting & Contracting Inc. Company-AVOK Engineering Consulting & Contracting Private Limited; JV of MSV International Ins-TPF Engineering Private Limited-MAV Associates LLP; JV of Chaitanya Projects Consultancy Private Limited-Voyants Solutions Private Limited-L & W Infrastructures Private Limited; Aarvee Associates Architects Engineers & Consultants Private Limited; JV of URS Scott Wilson India Private  Limited-Satra services and Solutions Private Limited; JV of Consulting Engineers Group Limited-Sugam technocrats Private Limited-E5 Planning & Engineering LLP; and JV of Theme Engineering Services Private Limited-Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited were rejected. Bids for the same were invited by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in June 2024.

The assignment period is 48 months {Development Period (06 months) + Construction period (24 months) + Maintenance period (18 months)}.

Aligarh (NH-34)-Asroi (Hathras) Four Laning Road Project (Agra-Aligarh section Package-I) – It involves four laning of 28 km long Agra-Aligarh Section from 0 km (junction of NH-34 Aligarh) to 28 km (near Asroi village in Hathras) at an estimated cost of Rs 5,624.2 million.

Asroi (Hathras)-Yamuna expressway junction Four Laning Road Project (NH-34) (Agra-Aligarh section Package-II) – It involves four laning of 36.9 km long Agra-Aligarh Section from 28 km (Near Asroi village in Hathras) to 64.9 km (Junction with Yamuna Expressway)at an estimated cost of Rs 6,562.1 million.It is being implemented in the state of Uttar Pradesh on HAM mode under NH(O) Scheme.
