The Joint Venture (JV) of Civil Mantra Infracon Limited, Highraise Construction and Consultant Private Limited has emerged as Lowest bidder (L1) for the preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Una-Birhu, Lathiani-Bhota Four Laning Road (NH-503A), NH-03 (250.592 km)-Mandi Bypass (Missing Link) Road Project in Himachal Pradesh.
