The Government of Bihar is likely to inaugurate Kargil Chowk-Science College Elevated Road in Bihar Project by the end of May 2025.
The two-tier structure is largely ready with painting, electrical, lighting and bitumen surfacing completed. Final tasks such as thermoplastic road marking, service road development, drainage installation and plantation work around the pillars are in progress.
The project involves construction of 3.65 km long elevated road connecting Kargil Chowk, Gandhi Maidan and Science College via PMCH and NIT Mor on Ashok Raj Path (two-lane double decker) in Patna district of Bihar at an estimated cost of Rs 4,220 million.
