The joint venture (JV) of Thoughts Consultants Jaipur Private Limited, Manglam Infra & Engineering Limited, in association with Civilarcc Engineering and Project Consultants Private Limited has emerged as Lowest Bidder (L1) for providing consultancy services for preparation of detailed project report (DPR) for the Upgradation to a four-lane with paved shoulders divided carriageway, Valsad Four-Lane Upgrade Project (NH-848).
