A total of three firms have submitted bids for implementation of Magarpatta Road-Sade Satra Nali Pipeline DP Road and Underpass Project. These are: NP Infraprojects Private Limited; Patil Construction and Infrastructure Limited; T&T Infra Limited. Bids for the same were invited by the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) in July 2026.
The completion period is 24 months and the Defect Liability Period (DLP) is 10 years.
The project involves construction & development of 24 m DP Road from Magarpatta Road to Sade Satra Nali Pipeline Road, proposed underpass on the 18 m DP Road from Amanora Park Township to Keshavnagar–Malwadi Road & 18 m DP Road from Magarpatta Road to the road parallel to the Malwadi Amanora Mall Road in Prabhag No. 22 under PPP Module Against Development Credit Note. The Tender cost of the project is Rs 1,096.13 million, while the total project cost including GST, Royalty and testing charges is Rs 1.3 billion.
